Type of payments we accept:
Payments by mail: Money order ~ Personal or Cashier check
Payments in person: CASH only
Payment paid by check or money order, will result in the animal for sale remaining here, till payment clears our bank (takes approx. a week).
Deposits mailed take usually a day or two to be recieved but no more then a week.
We DO NOT accept PayPal. PayPal does NOT acknowledge payments made on live animals. They only offer secure deals with material items.
We don't accept credit cards. My suggestion if you want to use a credit card. . .
So you are not charged a CASH withdrawal fee & interest rate. Pay a personal bill with your credit card, then use the cash you would have used to pay your bill with to make a payment on what you are interested in purchasing.

* * * Details on Deposit, Payments, Boarding, Delivery * * *
DEPOSIT: Deposit is required to hold any animal. Package deals may be available. Payments are welcome on newborn animals and short term payments on weaned and adult animals are available. Total amount due must be paid in full no later then ready date specified (on young animals) or agreed pickup date (on weaned or adult animals). Written contract is available if needed.
BOARDING FEES: There is a boarding fee for any animal not being picked up after 2 weeks of the ready date specified or agreed date. This fee will have to be paid prior to release of animal. If pickup can not be made by 30 days after ready date/agree date, then the sale is automatically declined and all money received is non-refundable.
TRANSFER OF DEPOSIT: If we are notifed ahead of time that you can not complete purchase or pickup, money received can be transferred one time to another animal later on of equal or higher value.
FORFEIT OF DEPOSIT: If you can not complete and do not intend on it later, then the money received is forfeited. The animal reserved will be available to other buyers' at that time.
TRANSPORTATION: Transport is the responsibility of the buyer. Seller can deliver up to 150 miles, if agreed upon. Delivery charges will apply and must be paid prior to ready date as well. There are professional transporters that can be hired buy the buyer. If this is buyer's prefference it is up to the buyer to contact them and set up transport details.
All money recieved is non-refundable. Any changes to this info, is at the discretion of the seller.
Listed animals are subject to removal or price change at any time. If you have contacted us prior to a price increase, we will ensure the price when you originally contacted us. All animals are sold "AS IS" unless otherwise stated in written contract.
Pre-purchase exams are welcome and at the buyer's expense. Out of state buyers will need to pay for Coggins, Health Papers, or any other necessary documentation if going into another state.
Reasonable offers are considered. Good homes are most important to us and our animals.
* * * Details on Placing a Deposit and Payments * * *
Please read ALL information below, it should answer most of your questions. This is our contract and is binding on any purchases regardless if you read it.
Feel free to email us as we are happy to answer any questions you have! Placing a Deposit is very simple, the below info is to clear any questions one may have.
Pertaining to All our Animals For Sale:
1. First come, First serve!
We are very understanding and try to work with a potential buyer, but if others have inquired on the same animal, do not expect us to hold your choice for a long time without some commitment. Every sale is different, depending on communication. Our only way to be certain you are going to follow through and purchase the animal, is if a deposit is made. If you make a deposit on a particular animal you are looking at, it will become reserved for you.
NOTE: If you are seriously looking to purchase, I recommend making a deposit. That is your solid guarantee of that animal not being reserved by someone else.
2. NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT is required to RESERVE any animal that is for sale.
Note: Making a Deposit is OPTIONAL! Although, it is your guarantee that the animal you want isn't sold to someone else. We can not hold any animal from being sold, without a Deposit.
3. How to make a DEPOSIT Payment:
Email us to get mailing address of where to send deposit.
Deposit is 1/2 (HALF) the cost of the animal for sale. It is Non-Refundable! For more details on deposits made prior to birth, read below in YELLOW updated info.
If you have any questions, now is the time to ask. Your deposit is an agreement that you are going to follow through with your purchase, that is why the deposit is non-refundable.
When Deposit is made... You will need to make your choice at time of deposit being sent or the next deposit made on a certain animal will be accepted and reserved.
4. How to make a DEPOSIT in payments:
Payments on the deposit are available with contract agreement by email.
Deposit amount paid in full or in payments (up to deposit amount) are Non-Refundable!
Prior agreement for us to make delivery must be paid along with deposit or atleast 2 weeks prior to date of delivery.
If delivery or pickup arrangements are postponed due to no receipt of delivery charge or change in plans on buyer, then boarding fees will begin to accrue. Depending on species of animal, will regulate the amount in boarding fees.
7. Availability of your choice prior to reciept of deposit:
Animal will be "Pending Sale" awaiting the receipt of Deposit. Deposit must be received in a timely manner (7 days or less), otherwise that specific animal will become Available again.
8. The Remaining Balance:
Can be paid by check or money order, atleast 2 weeks prior to pickup/delivery.
Or paid in CASH (preffered) or Money Order upon Day of Pickup or Delivery.
Placing Deposit on animal of your choice prior to birth
If you choose to make a deposit PRIOR to the animals birth, thats your choice; however if the animal you desire is not available (per no birth; birthing difficulties; or not matching preferred description) the deposit can be transferred to the next available animal fitting that description.
You can place your deposit towards a 2nd choice that is Available (of the same value or higher); considering it isn't Reserved by someone else at that time.
If you choose to change your reserved animal, your deposit will be put after other deposits that have already been set for those animal(s).
IF . . .
We are unable to match your reserved prefference due to a fault on our part (not including natural occurences), the deposit will be refunded. Otherwise, keep in mind that deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.
If you choose not to wait on preferred animal, if not born yet, you will forfeit your deposit.
* * * Delivery Options * * *
We do offer delivery, up to 150 miles from us for small animals only.
Delivery is available on sale prices of $400 or more, for an additional mileage charge.
If sale is less then $400, delivery is up to us, although the mileage will be higher.
The delivery cost will be divided between the number of buyer's at the same delivery destination to evenly share the expense, so there is no extra cost to anyone.
Any purchase price of $800 or more then delivery is free.
* * * No Sale Policy * * *
As of 6/18/07:
We (the seller), have the right to refuse sale to any buyer due to any reason the seller feels the buyer has alternative intentions for the said sold animal(s), or the buyer becomes difficult to do business with. This includes before a sale is made or even after a deposit is received.
Deposit refundability time, due to a No Sale Descision by the seller, will result in the availability of funds at the time of the seller declining the sale and agreement. Wherefore, the buyer should be patient with return of said Deposit. We are a family raised animal hobbiest and lovers, not a bank. Money received goes towards our children, household, and the feed for our animals.
The Seller has the right to Refuse to return said Deposit if buyer becomes difficult and/or belligerent towards seller.
Note: This has NOT been a problem, but would like to state it due to actions of possible buyers. I and my family do not have time to play with buyers whom are not honest, impatient or difficult.
