Deposits mailed take usually a day or two to be recieved but no more then a week.

~ How To Make a Deposit & Payments~ Please read ALL information below, should answer most of your questions. This is our contract and is binding on any purchases regardless if you read it. Pertaining to All our Animals For Sale Feel free to email us as we are happy to answer any questions you have! Reserve/Deposit Information 1.  First come, First serve! Do not expect us to hold your choice because you ask us to.  Every sale is different, depending on communication.  We can not be certain you are going to follow through and purchase the animal, if a deposit is not made.  If a deposit is received on the particular animal you are looking at, it will become reserved to that buyer. So if you are seriously looking to purchase and need to reserve the animal, then a deposit is your guarantee of that animal not being sold to someone else. 2.   NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT is required to RESERVE any animal that is for sale. Note: Making a Deposit is OPTIONAL! Although it is your guarantee that you get the animal you like.  We can not save any animal for you without a Deposit.  Animals without a Deposit are still For Sale and Available for anyone to purchase.  We do offer this as a convenience to everyone, so the option is available to you. 3. How to make a DEPOSIT Payment in full: Contact us for mailing address.  The Deposit amount due is HALF the price of animal.  Prior agreement for delivery can be paid with deposit, or will be due with remaining balance in Cash.  If you have any questions, now is the time to ask.  This is a binding contract whether you read all of it, or not.  Your deposit is an agreement that you are going to follow through with the purchase of your new puppy. When Deposit is made...  You will need to make your choice at time of deposit being sent or the next deposit made on a certain animal will be accepted and reserved. 4. How to make a DEPOSIT in payments: Payments on the deposit are available with contract agreement.  Deposit paid in full or in payments (up to deposit amount) are Non-Refundable! 5. Deposit amount: Deposit is 1/2 the cost of the animal for sale.  It is Non-Refundable!   For more details on deposits made prior to birth, etc..., read below in YELLOW updated info. 6. Availability of your choice prior to reciept of deposit: Animal will be "Pending Sale" per Deposit receipt.  Deposit must be received in a timely manner (usually 7 days), otherwise that specific animal will become Available again. 7. The Remaining Balance: Due in Cash only (unless otherwise agreed between buyer and seller) Due upon Day of Pickup or Delivery. Placing Deposit on animal of your choice prior to birth * Updated information in yellow on 10/13/07 * If you choose to make a deposit PRIOR to the animals birth, that is your choice; however if the animal preference you desire is not available (per no birth; birthing difficulties; or not matching preferred description) the deposit can be held till the next available animal fitting that description. OR You can place your deposit towards a 2nd choice that is Available (of the same value or higher); per it isn't Reserved by someone else at that time. If you wait to make a deposit, be aware deposits are first come, first serve.  Keep in mind that deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.  If you choose to change your reserved animal, your deposit will be put after the other deposits that have already been set for that animal(s). Only an agreement prior to reciept of deposit between buyer and seller in writing can alter the status of the deposit. If you choose not to wait on preferred animal, your only option is to forfeit your deposit.

~ Delivery Details ~ DELIVERY OPTION: We do offer delivery, up to 200 miles from us for small animals only. Delivery is available on sale prices of $400 or more, for an additional mileage charge. If sale is less then $400, delivery is up to us, although the mileage will be higher. The delivery cost will be divided between the number of buyer's at the same delivery destination to evenly share the expense, so there is no extra cost to anyone. A sale price of $800 or more then delivery is free.

~ No Sale Policy ~ "No Sale Policy" As of 6/18/07: We (the seller), have the right to refuse sale to any buyer due to any reason the seller feels the buyer has alternative intentions for the said sold animal(s), or the buyer becomes difficult to do business with.  This includes before a sale is made or even after a deposit is received. Deposit refundability time, due to a No Sale Descision by the seller, will result in the availability of funds at the time of the seller declining the sale and agreement.  Wherefore, the buyer should be patient with return of said Deposit.  We are a family raised animal hobbiest and lovers, not a bank.  Money received goes towards our children, household, and the feed for our animals. The Seller has the right to Refuse to return said Deposit if buyer becomes difficult and/or belligerent towards seller. Note:  This has NOT been a problem, but would like to state it due to actions of possible buyers.  I and my family do not have time to play with buyers whom are not honest, impatient or difficult.
