Purchase Information  First come, First serve! If animal is not born yet: The Order the deposits are received is the order of choice. How to make a RESERVE Payment:  NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT is required to RESERVE any animal that is for sale. Note: Reserve is OPTIONAL! Although it is your guarantee that you get the animal you like.  We can not save any animal for you without a Reserve payment.  Animals without a Reserve are still For Sale and Available for anyone to purchase. Deposit amount is 1/2 the Cost of the animal for sale. Unless otherwise agreed upon between buyer and seller; Example: If it would more convenient to make $25 or $50 payments on your deposit, we are willing to set up an agreement.  Reservation on said animal is not fully reserved till the entire deposit is fully paid.  Acceptions are made per payment arrangments paid on time. Animal status will be Pending Sale until Deposit is recieved.  Deposit must be received in a timely manner (usually 7 days), otherwise that specific animal will become Available again. <The Remaining Balance is Due in Cash only (unless otherwise agreed between buyer and seller) upon Pickup or >Delivery: An additional fuel cost for Delivery is available (up to 200 miles from us) for puppies only, at this time.  This cost can be divided between the number of puppy buyer's at the same delivery destination to evenly share the expense.   Thank You! Updated information in yellow on 10/13/07: If you choose to make a deposit PRIOR to the animals birth, that is your choice; however if the animal preference you desire is not available (per no birth; birthing difficulties; or not matching preferred description) the deposit can be held till the next available animal fitting that description. OR You can place your deposit towards a 2nd choice that is Available (of the same value or higher); per it isn't Reserved by someone else at that time. If you wait to make a deposit, be aware deposits are first come, first serve.  Keep in mind that deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.  If you choose to change your reserved animal, your deposit will be put after the other deposits that have already been set for that animal(s). Only an agreement prior to reciept of deposit between buyer and seller in writing can alter the status of the deposit. If you choose not to wait on preferred animal, you have the option to forfeit your deposit. {Flying is available for puppies only} If flying is involved: the remaining balance is due 2 weeks prior to flight arrangements.
